MyTeam runs the leading sports management platform in Greece. They wanted a content operation that would make the platform indispensable — not by talking about features, but by becoming the most useful publication for every audience the platform serves. Coaches, club managers, parents, athletes. Daily output. Greek voice. We built it.

§

A content hub that earns daily attention from a complex ecosystem.

Greek sports communities are not a single audience. A club manager has different problems than a part-time youth coach. A parent of an elite athlete reads differently from a parent of a weekend social player. The platform serves all of them. MyTeam wanted a content operation that respected those differences — pieces written for one specific reader, not generic sports content that tried to serve everyone and ended up speaking to no one. The brief was clear: daily, written, in Greek, distributed where each audience already spends time. The content had to be the reason readers came back to the platform between matches. We built to that brief.

§

A content hub for distinct audiences across the Greek sports ecosystem.

The content hub lives at hub.my-team.co and publishes daily across multiple audience-specific tracks — operational pieces for managers, development content for coaches, family-focused pieces for parents, career and life-balance content for athletes. The editorial operation runs continuously, with topic queues calibrated to each audience and pieces written in the register that audience actually reads. The distribution layer moves the work into Facebook — where Greek sports communities gather — and into LinkedIn where the professional audiences live. All three layers run inside one platform.

§

Daily output, calibrated to who is actually reading.

A piece on club financial management ships on the same day as a piece on managing the emotional life of a teenage athlete and a piece on Greek youth football pathways. Each piece written for one specific reader, not blended into a generic sports voice that would fail every audience equally. The Visibilio Lead on the account holds the editorial discipline across all the audience tracks — same standard, different registers. The content respects local context: Greek holidays, the Greek sports calendar, Greek family conventions. The result is a content hub readers forward inside their own communities — which is the only metric that matters for a platform like MyTeam.

§

Daily publication across multiple audience tracks.

The hub publishes daily. Each piece routed to the audience track it was written for. Distribution runs to Facebook and LinkedIn on the rhythm each platform actually rewards. The client team owns product and platform development; we own the editorial operation. The Visibilio Lead on the account stays the same person from month one onwards.

They know the ecosystem. We hold the editorial standard.

MyTeam knows Greek sports communities in ways we never will — they built the platform serving them. What they came to us for was the editorial operation to produce content the ecosystem would actually use, every day, across audiences that don’t read the same way. Our job is to ask the right questions, write to the standard each audience requires, and not let the content drift toward generic sports prose. The partnership works because the boundaries are clear.
